Following on the heels of the LG X3, we’ve got the first render of the CX2, or the Optimus 3D 2. It’s not the biggest update to a phone we’ve seen in the past, but if you’ve been eagerly anticipating getting your hands on a new 3D-based phone, then it looks like LG is ready to make your life a little bit better.
The Optimus 3D 2 reportedly features a 4.3-inch NOVA display with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor under the hood. The device will also feature the standard smartphone goodies like WiFi and Bluetooth, as well as DNLA and NFC support. When will it be launched? Who knows, but sometime this year probably. As for an unveiling, it wouldn’t be surprising to see LG showcase the device at this year’s Mobile World Congress.
