Motorola Xoom project beginning to roll out

Motorola has been informing users that they would like them to participate in a project, but no one has any idea what it is. That’s finally changing, as Motorola has just sent out an email to those who are participating. The roll out will begin today and continue through the weekend. While the email didn’t state much more, it should be cleared up over the next few days.

One of the main reasons Motorola hasn’t been able to give out more information on the project is the fact that the Xoom is a GED (Google Experience Device), and Motorola themselves didn’t know what was going on. Many expect this to be the update to Ice Cream Sandwich, and we’re hoping that it is too. We still aren’t holding our breath though, as it could just be a test for a new Google product.
