Looks like Oracle has much to say about how much money Google is pulling from its brainchild Android, the OS that could. Currently, Oracle is in the midst of litigation with Google because of an IP infringement case revolving around Java. Oracle is seeking damages for Google infringing on what they call proprietary code. How much in damages? Well, that’s not really clear at the moment, but they have estimated that Google earns about $14 from every activation. At an estimated 700,000 daily activations, that means Google generates approximately $10 million US dollars. Daily. Well, hats off to Google and hats off to Oracle for getting that information. If any Google execs are reading this, please, DroidDog needs some new devices and money!
