We’ve seen the Pantech Element a couple of times in the past, but AT&T and Pantech were more than happy to showcase the waterproof device at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Our dear friends at PhoneDog were able to get their hands on the device and play around with it for a bit, which they were nice enough to record.
The Pantech Element is the newest Android-powered tablet to launch on AT&T’s network, set to go on sale January 22nd for $299.99 on a new, two-year contract. It features an 8-inch display with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor under the hood. It will launch with Android 3.2 Honeycomb on board, and features a 5MP rear-facing camera with 720p video capture capabilities, and a 2MP front-facing camera.
Check out the video hands-on below, and let us know what you think of Pantech’s newest waterproof tablet, the Element.
