Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus now up for pre-order, releasing February 13

Samsung is adding another phone to its international lineup, and we now have some more details.Known as the Galaxy Ace Plus, it is aimed for the mid-range market. Expansys is now offering pre-order for the device, which will be launching in the UK on February 13. It features mid-range specs, and includes a 1GHz single-core processor, 5MP camera, and Android 2.3. Not the best specs on the market, but should draw in some customers looking to stay on a budget.

Expansys will be selling the device for £249.99 off contract. The phone is unlocked, so customers in the
UK can just stick in their SIM card and the phone should work. It will begin rolling out in Russia this month, and then move to European markets later on. Expansys will start shipping the phone in the UK on the week of February 13, so only about a month to go. What do you think of Samsung’s new phone? Bummed that it only has Android 2.3?
