If you’ve been aching to get your hands on the Galaxy Nexus by Samsung, but those current offers floating around pricing the device at almost $200 are just too rich for your blood, then Best Buy has some potentially good news for you if this leak pans out. Thanks to Mobilesyrup, an anonymous tipster has pointed them in the direction of a huge discount courtesy of the yellow tag retailer, which looks to apply for most of the major wireless carriers in the Great North.
The flyer, which comes from the anonymous tipster, has Bell, Rogers, Virgin Mobile and TELUS listed, all of which will carry the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich-powered device starting this Friday. Of course, as the flyer suggests, you’ll only be able to get hold of this $99.99 deal if you’re willing to sign up for a new, three-year contract.
While it does seem strange that FIDO isn’t included, we imagine stranger things have happened. So, if you want to save several extra dollars, maybe landing the phone via Best Buy this Friday for one of those carriers wouldn’t be such a bad idea. Don’t forget that TELUS is offering the device for $99.99 in their own retail stores this Friday as well.
