Well, this is getting confusing. Samsung has previously launched its newest phones in the Galaxy S series at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. We’ve heard rumors that their latest Galaxy S III will be as well. All that may not be true, however. A new rumor states that Samsung is delaying the launch due to the lag between the international launches of the Galaxy S, and their launches in the US. It makes sense, as the US usually gets the phones multiple months after the international release.
There is currently no word on when it will be launched, but hopefully Samsung won’t be keeping us waiting too long. Samsung has historically been a manufacturer to rely on when it comes to consistent phones releases. However, they most likely won’t be showing up at MWC empty handed. They are expected to reveal some other “interesting stuff”, but that could be anything. Take this all with a huge grain of salt, as we won’t truly know until the show next month. Mad about Samsung delaying the Galaxy S III? Is it worth it? Let us know in the comments!
