It hasn’t been too long since we last heard about the CloudMobile by Acer, the company’s high-end smartphone that’s headed towards Mobile World Congress to get its big time in the spotlight. And considering the specifications the device is said to be running, there’s no reason as to why the CloudMobile can’t be a real competitor for the most anticipated device from Mobile World Congress next week.
The device is running a 1.5GHz dual-core processor under the hood, and you’ll be interacting with Android 4.1 Ice Cream Sandwich on a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, with a high-definition resolution of 1280×720. It will be featuring Dolby Mobile audio, will have NFC capabilities, and have an 8MP rear-facing camera. Thanks to Cellulare Magazine, we can finally see how the CloudMobile looks on camera long before its unveiling at the trade show next month.
We’ll have to see how Acer’s flagship device stacks up against the competition next month, but based on the stats and video below, it looks pretty safe that Acer’s efforts may pay off in the end.
