Casio and Verizon are currently rolling out a software update to the rugged G’zOne Commando. It is being sent to devices over-the-air, and users should be prompted by it in the next few days. Anyone else sporting the phone can manually check by going to settings. We aren’t exactly sure what the update does, but it isn’t the update to Ice Cream Sandwich as the file is only 35MB. The upgrade process should be fairly simple, and anyone rocking a Commando can hit the source link to get all the details. If you do receive the update, be sure to tell us about it in the comments below.
