Motorola has been relatively up-front about upcoming Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich updates to their line-up of devices, but no one is going to turn down more information. Thankfully, Motorola has provided just that. The manufacturer has updated their Android Software Upgrade timeline, thanks to their official site which you can find in the link below.
As far as details go, Motorola has provided generic dates for some devices, while remaining vague on plenty of other devices. In the second quarter the international version of the RAZR will see its update issued, along with the XOOM Family Edition. In the third quarter, updates will be sent out to the WiFi-only XYBOARD models, the XOOM 2 and the XOOM 2 Family Edition. Furthermore, the Photon 4G, ATRIX 4G, and ATRIX 2 are set to receive their updates as well.
Motorola also has the DROID Bionic, the DROID XYBOARDS, the DROID 4, DROID RAZR, and DROID RAZR MAXX listed, but the company hasn’t provided any details as to when those devices will be updated.
