Over the past month we’ve heard a lot of rumors regarding Samsung and their presence at the upcoming Mobile World Congress. It was anticipated that the Galaxy S III would be announced, but that turned out to be false. We also heard that Samsung may be bringing some tablets to the event, and there is probably some truth to that. But Samsung will not be making a major presence, as it was just revealed that they will not be hosting any press conferences. What does this mean? We probably won’t be seeing any major new product announcements.
This doesn’t mean that they won’t be there, though. It is expected that they will introduce a new tablet based on the latest Exynos 5250 processor, which will most likely be running Android 4.0. This year they may also focus on their own Linux-based OS, known as Tizen. Whatever happens, Samsung will surely bring at least one new product for us to lust over, even if it isn’t the Galaxy S III. What do you think Samsung will bring to Mobile World Congress? Do you think manufacturers like HTC will blow them out of the water? Let us know in the comments!
