HTC Rezound, Motorola DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX could see Ice Cream Sandwich next week

Motorola has previously shown on their upgrade map that the DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX are still under evaluation, but that may be proven wrong as soon as next week. A newly leaked document from Best Buy shows that the RAZR and RAZR MAXX could be seeing the update no April 4th, which is next Wednesday.

The RAZR duo isn’t the only phones on the list, as the HTC Rezound is included too. This doesn’t come as a surprise, as it was just recently that the HTC Vivid on AT&T received the update to Android 4.0. The two phones have similar specs, with the largest change being the difference in GSM and CDMA radios. Remember to take all this witha grain of salt, as it is just another leak. Who has a RAZr or Rezound? Excited for the update? Let us know in the comments!

I will not hold my breath... I don't know how many times we've seen so-called internal documents claiming that something well be released soon from best buy. Plus VZW sucks at just about everything IMO. They are always the last to update evidence by not a single phone has been updated to ics yet other carriers have already started pushing out theirs. VZW is always last to get next Gen devices as well. The Bionic is a prime example of VZW terrible track record. & once again they're passing up on HTC's One-X quad core LTE device unlike the other carriers in favor of the rumored extremely lackluster Incredible 4g. Like they passed up the universally heralded Galaxy SII for the again so-called EXCLUSIVE Nexus which wasn't exclusive at all so VZW customers lost another great phone to the freaking team of poop throwing monkeys called their research & marketing team. You would think they would actually listen to their customers but I guess it's kinda of hard to listen when all you can hear is the sound of your greed for money. I mean it's a deafening sound so I'm told. So no I don't think VZW is going to be updating these devices anytime soon. We've all heard the rumors of how VZW tends to hold on to updates so people will get frustrated & upgrade to a different device or bc they have to make sure that their techs that are testing a new OS update needs to eat lots of fiber & lots of Muralax so they can get bloated then add their sh*tware to a perfectly good device. Then make sure that there bloated sh*tware can't be uninstalled unless through rooting.
