It hasn’t been too long since we last heard about the newest member of the myTouch family, reportedly manufactured by Huawei, and here we are catching a first look of the upcoming handset in the wild. While there was some confusion regarding Huawei’s involvement in the manufacturing of the newest myTouch, it looks like the initial disbelief can be canned, as these photos certainly show the Huawei name brand quite clearly.
As far as specifications go, we’re expecting the handset to feature a touchscreen display with a resolution of 800×480. It will also reportedly pack other mid-range features. And, as the images may or may not confirm, it looks like the new myTouch will be running Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread out of the box. Nothing has been confirmed by Huawei or T-Mobile at this point, but considering the device is running around in the wild, it probably won’t be long before we hear something official.
