Samsung Galaxy Note for AT&T does support T-Mobile’s HSPA+, now accessible via mod

Back when Samsung and AT&T announced the Galaxy Note, there was some debate as to whether or not it would support T-Mobile’s 4G network. Once the phone was launched, it turned out that the phone could not access T-Mobile’s network, but it was recently discovered that the phone is still capable. T-Mobile customers who had their eyes on the phablet can now rejoice, as a new mod found on the XDA forums will allow the phone to access T-Mobile’s network.

It’s not the easiest task, as it requires the user to flash a custom radio on the device. While not impossible, it will take a little tech know-how to accomplish. Once that’s complete, users can surf at high speeds with T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network. Anyone on T-Mobile interested in the Galaxy Note? Is it worth the trouble of modding the device? Let us know in the comments!
