its also really stupid, as a premier customer you need to have a qualifying data plan to receive the 199 price tag... well the good news is they are basically all data plans that qualify. but on AT&T's website no matter what data plan you choose you dont get the $100 discount and you are stuck with a 299 price tag its a bug or something because i tested it with other phones that had this option too and non received the discount there making way to difficult for premier customers. Oh and i cant talk to anybody today because premier customers have to use a special set of people to help them... and they are available limited hours to take calls while i was able to talk to a general person on chat at 2 am last night... i guarantee if i go in store i will get the 199 price tag and be in and out in in 30 min except im not the account holder and the account holder lives 500 miles away so i need to do it online. AT&T can really suck sometimes
