Yesterday, we showed you what was rumored to be an official render of the HTC One Series handset that is destined for Sprint. We didn’t give it a specific name in the original title, because we were waiting for a bit more information in the name department, just sticking with the One Series title for good measure. Initial rumors had suggested the device would bring back the EVO name for Sprint, and now we can safely say that this is the case. In the image above, you’re looking at the back-side of what is believed to be the HTC EVO One, which the manufacturer, along with Sprint, are expected to announce later this evening.
There are several different photos included in this particular leak, which was delivered to Android Life, one of which is of the front of the device, which does look like the leaked render. On the back, though, you’ll catch a glimpse of a kickstand, which will apparently be rocking a red color scheme. As far as specifications go, we’re still obviously working on rumored information, which point us towards a 4.7-inch 720p display, and a 1.5GHz dual-core processor under the hood. It should be launching with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and HTC’s new Sense 4 user interface.
So now we wait.
