It’s Finally Ready: Chrome For Android To Soon Lose Beta Tag

When Google Chrome launched on Android, it excited many users with the fact that they would now be getting a desktop browser on a smartphone. To this day it has only been a beta however, but it doesn’t like it will be sticking to that title for too much longer. Word comes from senior vice president of Chrome and Apps Sunday Pichai, claiming that the beta tag could be gone “in a matter of weeks”.

This is great news for any fans of the browser, and means that it will finally be ready for the typical consumer. Personally, I find Google Chrome to be the best mobile browser ever made, as its ability to hold a large amount of tabs along with fluid performance shows the power of Android. Who uses Chrome for Android? Ready for it to drop the beta tag?
