Samsung Galaxy Nexus On Sprint Sells Out Pre-Orders After Only 3 Days

Sprint began taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus since Monday, and three days later they’re declaring they are already out. That’s right, anyone looking to pre-order a shiny new Galaxy Nexus on Sprint is out of luck, and shipments are planned to begin as soon as tomorrow. Retail stores will still have inventory on launch day, the 22nd, so if you’d like to grab a handset as soon as possible then that’s your best bet.

I’m a little surprised by this news, as the Nexus is a phone that’s been available in the US since last year. Many Sprint customers probably want to hop on the LTE bandwagon early, and take advantage of the unlimited data goodness. Who pre-ordered the Galaxy Nexus on Sprint? Are you excited for the device?

Ya know, I think this should be a lesson to T-Mobile and ALL other carriers that we want TRULY UNLIMITED data with our smartphones. I, myself, am considering leaving the magenta room to join Sprint with it's LTE and unlimited network. It's hard considering I've got nearly 7 years under my belt with T-Mobile. (Joined them when I just turned 18)
