A report coming from Maeil Business claims that Samsung will unveil their iCloud competitor, appropriately dubbed “S-Cloud” next month. The site claims that Samsung will introduce their S-Cloud service at the May 3rd press event for the Galaxy S III in London.
There is almost no detail available on Samsung’s rumored S-Cloud debut, however, Maeil Business says it’s similar to iCloud but without the same types of limitations on the type of content you can upload. Storage is rumored to be “more than 5GB,” but it’s not clear if that’s included as a paid offering.
Once again we’ll continue to laser-focus on Samsung’s May 3rd announcement as a final tell-all so we can put these rumors to rest.
