Verizon Galaxy Nexus Price Dropping To $199.99 This Monday?
In what is likely the most coincidental price drop ever, Verizon is dropping of the price of the Galaxy Nexus to $199.99, just as Sprint releases their own variant at the exact same price. According to the latest Minimum Advertised Price list from Verizon, the Galaxy Nexus price drop begins Monday, April 23rd. If you were thinking about grabbing one this weekend, you might want to consider holding off until the start of next week.
It’s been asked if this drop could be due to the rumors of a 16GB Galaxy Nexus variant, but this appears to be a nothing more than a price drop on the current, 32GB model.
This is good news for me!!
I wanted the Nexus but it was more expensive than the Razr Maxx by the time I bought a necessary spare battery, so I got it instead today. Monday will be within my three day no penatly window so I will go back to the store get the phone I really want, two spare batteries, and some change.
