LG’s Galaxy Note competitor, the Optimus Vu is getting a little video hands-on love thanks to Stephanie, the LG Girl at CTIA this week. The Optimus Vu features a 5″ IPS display with a 4:3 ratio, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8 megapixel camera, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera, 32GB internal storage and LTE capability. LG’s showing off the Optimus Vu running Android 4.0, though no word on international or US based availability. Still, if you just can’t stomach the idea of buying a Galaxy Note but have a craving for a 5.3″ “phablet,” the LG Optimus Vu is worth checking out.
I seriously doubt that is running ICS...it looks like Gingerbread to me, especially with the 4 capacitive buttons. If this were planned to launch with ICS, why would it have 4?
