Samsung Galaxy S III Could Launch With Dual-Core Processor And 2GB Of RAM In Japan

There has been a lot of confusion surrounding the Galaxy S III and whether or not the LTE versions of the device will feature the famed Exynos. We may be one step closer to knowing the truth, as Japanese carrier NTT Docomo has revealed on their Galaxy S III page that their variant will offer a Snapdragon S4 processor, along with LTE connectivity.

One other thing to note is that the carrier listed the phone containing 2GB of RAM, double what Samsung revealed about the phone earlier this month. This could end up being a typo, even the S4 could be a typo, but this is does go along with some of the rumors circulating around the internet. If this turns out to be true, we could see a similar version in the US.

Verizon you better be planning on carring this phone or you can say goodbye to another long term customer. I need a cell phone now and Verizon doen't have one single good phone. I will be buying either the S3 or the One X this summer.

whipmanjak And that is why they won't say. I am willing to bet it will only be a slight upgrade from the One X.

Still hoping T-Mobile gets the Quad-Core Exynos, since we don't have LTE.
