Verizon fans, say hello to your upcoming version of the Galaxy S III as it made a cameo appearance on the Nenamark benchmarking tool website. The device, listed as the Samsung SCH-i535, matched the model number discovered earlier in the month on a Samsung user agent profile. The Nenamark site lists a few specs including a 1.5GHz CPU which leads us to us believe Verizon’s version will be the dual-core Qualcomm S4 model we expect to launch on the US models of the Galaxy S III. The 1280 x 720 resolution, along with Android 4.0.4 and Adreno 225 GPU also lead us to believe this is a perfect match for the Galaxy S III.
So how did Verizon’s version do on the benchmarking tests? With an average score of 58.84, the device outperformed the 58.73 score of the quad-core 1.4GHz exynos processor powering the international versions of the Galaxy S III, the GT-I9300. Based on this test, we also discovered the Adreno 225 outperformed the Mali-400 as well.
