Its that time of day where Apple decides to sue some more of its competition, and today theyve picked Samsung. According to Apple, Samsung is infringing on a unified search patent that they use in Siri. Along with their Siri complaints, Apple also took to the courts and is filing lawsuits because of a second patent infringement. They state that Samsung is using technology called ‘data tapping’ that they have patented. It seems like the lifting of the One series ban ticked Apple off a bit, and they once again needed someone to argue with.
