Although it’s been only a mere two days since the Nexus 7 was announced. Rumors have begun about the NEXT next Nexus tablet. According to tech site, DigiTimes, Google may already be working on a follow-up 10-inch tablet to add to the Nexus line of devices. Presumably, it would be targeting a different audience.
Google seems to be aiming it’s recently announced Nexus 7 towards the Kindle Fire crowd, due to the $199 price point and 7-inch figure. Perhaps a larger tablet would be more directed at other high-end Android competition such as the Asus Transformer Prime or even the iPad. A larger tablet running Jelly Bean out of the box would presumably be a nice contender to take on the high-end competition.
