As the HTC EVO 4G LTE continues to find it’s way to customers, they were itching to try one of the features that only Sprint allows on their devices, Google Wallet. Unfortunately many of them were disheartened to find out that the app got stuck in the “adding prepaid card” process. This issue seems to be confined to only the EVO 4G LTE and now owners of the latest EVO are getting a message from Google Wallet that says, “Unfortunately, Google Wallet has not yet been certified in your country or on your device / carrier.” This seems to point to either the app getting a fix from Google and just shutting it down in the meantime or it could point to Sprint’s rumored Touch payment system. We’ve yet to find out any clear details as to the real reasoning behind this but for now I think it’s safe to say that this is probably just a temporary bug that Google is working on fixing. That’s just my two cents but what do you think? What’s your hunch on the reasoning behind this sudden move? Say it in the comments if you please!
