The Sony PlayStation Suite, announced last year in January, has been renamed to PlayStation Mobile. Of course, with Sony hardware being so unpopular (and often just no good), what should they do? Get someone who is actually popular, of course. And with that, HTC has been named the first non-Sony partner to make PlayStation-certified devices.
It seems that the first HTC PlayStation phones will be the One series, including the HTC One X, One S, and One V. Wait a second…. One V? The one with the single core 1 GHz Qualcomm processor? That’s going to get PlayStation games? Any game besides Temple Run works on it? Well, let’s see how Sony and HTC pull that one off.
Otherwise, this is a nice announcement. It basically means that HTC phones will receive more games, and that only benefits everyone. So who’s excited? All you HTC One owners, how do you feel about this? Tell us in the comments!
