HTC DROID Incredible 2 Getting New Maintenance Update Soon
It looks like the HTC DROID Incredible 2 is going to be on the receiving end of a new maintenance update pretty soon. Verizon announced an update to version 6.01.605.05 710RD which has a whopping total of one bug fix and enables the Wireless Alerting System on the device. The bug fix is one to resolve unsuccessful picture downloads from social networks. This certainly isn’t ICS and it’s a very minor update but it’s still good to see HTC taking care of some of their older devices. Anybody out there with an Incredible 2?
I love the Incredible 2 but it has loads of bugs. For the longest i thought I was doing something wrong because my pictures would not upload to my facebook account. Thanks for the info on the bug fix but I have fixed my the problem myself by downloading another app that worked with loading my pictures. Now if I can get a list of all the bugs with this phone that would be great so I'll know I'm not absolutely crazy.
