Cincinnati Bell announced today that it would begin offering the HTC One S on June 25 for $199.99 on a two-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. Specs are going to be staying the same for this version as the other versions of the HTC One S so that means that you’ll find a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 4.3″ qHD Super AMOLED display, 8-megapixel rear camera, Android 4.0 with Sense 4, and 16GB of onboard storage.
