Verizon Galaxy SIII Caught On Camera
We had no idea how the carriers would mess this one up. Right after the Samsung Galaxy SIII was announced for 5 major U.S. carriers, fear struck those who knew what might happen. Look at most phones. Their clean bezels are tarnished by ugly logos and silver print. While the print on my Galaxy SII is somewhat acceptable in design and very small (and the back is 100% clean), the international models clean looks are so much better. Fortunately, someone took some photos of the Verizon model. Good news: The front is untarnished! Just a very small Samsung logo up top, barely bigger than the speaker grille it resides under. The back is quite clean too, with a decently sized Verizon 4G LTE logo. While it isn’t exactly attractive, it does break what would have been too much negative space.
This is a relief, and I hope the other carriers follow suit. AT&T branding is usuablle very minimal, with lower cast at&t and a tiny globe, which sounds like it would fit well with the Galaxy SIII body.
