We’ve known for some time now that Virgin Mobile would carry the HTC One V, the lowest-end part of the One series from HTC. It was back in March when it was discovered that the One V would land on Sprint’s prepaid brand and carry a pretty decent price tag. The intel from March is holding true and we’re hearing the $200 price rumored earlier this year is holding firm.

The One v by HTC features a 3.7-inch LCD display with a 480×800 resolution. There’s a 1GHz processor under the hood, and it will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC’s Sense 4.0 UI atop it.

Expect to see the One V land on Virgin sometime in the next two weeks.
