British network, BBC, has officially released the 2012 Summer Olympic Games application for Android. This will allow you to access all of the BBC’s coverage on the games. Live streams, forums, news articles and more are all accessible from the application. No worries on missing anything from BBC’s normal sites, though. Anything that gets posted on their site ends up on the app to make sure you have full coverage of the worldwide event.
An issue, however, is the fact that most will not be able to stream the games as the feature is only available to those in the UK. For the US, simply download the NBC app. Also, the stream uses Flash. Therefore anybody running Android 4.1 will not be able watch regardless of location.
