Sony hasn’t had the same level of Android influence as other manufacturers like Samsung and HTC but that isn’t stopping them from creating Android phones. The latest leak reveals that the Sony LT30 has been given Bluetooth SIG certification. It reveals some of the specifications such as a 4.6″ 720p display with Sony’s mobile BRAVIA engine, a 13-megapixel rear camera with full 1080p video recording, a 72op front-facing camera, and a body that measures in at a slim 9mm with a weight of 140 grams. It was also revealed to be part of a premium product line that features an “attractive ARC design” and a metal rear cover. Sounds nice, doesn’t it? It could get even better as a previous leak claimed that it would feature a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and Android 4.0.
All of this sounds like the makings of a new superphone from Sony so let’s hope that they can pull it together and get it launched in a timely fashion. Tell us, would you be interested in a Sony-made phone like this?
