Planes are not the first thing someone thinks of when we talk about the world’s most popular operating system. But Boeing is here to change that. Instead of your standard mini-TV for all your entertainment-in-the-sky needs, Boeing has announced that they will be incorporating 17-in. Android super tablets into 859 of their 787 jets.

The tablets themselves are nothing to scoff at either. Each tablet will contain a ARM-based processor, a 17″ (10″ in economy), and 256 GB hard drive. These will be all a passenger could ask for when it comes to entertainment and flight information.
