We’ve stumbled upon an array of alleged photos of an upcoming addition to Son’y Xperia family of smartphones. The images show the Sony Xperia LT29i, codenamed “Hayabusa”, an international version of the Xperia GX. The angular LT29i has already passed through the FCC in the US, although this particular model looks to be heading to Japan.
Details are scarce, but here’s what we know so far: The device will feature an 4.55-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) display, 1GB RAM, a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor with an Adreno 320 GPU and a massive 13-megapixel camera. It’s easy to confuse this model with Sony’s Xperia GX which features LTE, a 4.6-inch display, dual-core 1.5GHz Krait CPU and Adreno 225 GPU.
For better or worse, the device slightly resembles Nokia’s boldly-styled Lumia handsets with the curved edges and flat top and botom. Let’s just hope this minor resemblance doesn’t spark more legal drama. Either way, be sure to check out the full collection of photos at the source link below.
