UK Court Spares Apple From Posting Apology To Samsung

Earlier this month, UK officials ordered Apple to post a notice on its homepage, as well as several prominent news publications, stating that Samsung didn’t copy the iPad. It seemed as though an order like this would bring these types of baseless lawsuits to an end.

However, through an appeal Apple has managed to obtain a stay on the legal order until October. The lawyers from Cupertino submitted a statement saying that it didn’t want to advertise for its rival in the tablet market. It’s apparent that these frivolous Apple vs. Samsung lawsuits will drag on for eternity.

Sadly, Apple continues to ruin their reputation. It will be interesting to see how the market (which is becoming increasingly soured at Apple) responds their next iteration of an over-priced, under-featured, locked down, touch-screen phone. Even the fanboys are saying that if Apple's latest isn't mind-blowing, they won't be getting it.

kanoneyez They've already stuck with the same sandwich design for 2 years, it's really time for them to change it up. If they don't do something drastic, fanboys are going to start getting bored with their underwhelming 3.5-inch disappointment. If I were one of them I would be sick of looking at squares by now.
