Verizon Halts Subsidized Tablets, Now Sold At Full Price
In the midst of their launch of the “Share Everything” family plan, Verizon has decided to opt out of selling their tablets at a subsidized cost. This plan allows subscribers to share data throughout the family for a small fee for each eligible device. With the change in price, the Android Tablets are now in the same price field as the iPads which have never sold for a discounted fee in exchange for contracts. No word yet on whether this is a permanent price change; Verizon has also yet to comment.

Everyone should have know this was coming. Since they offer free tethering I don't think this is a big deal. For those who currently have the unlimited plan, like myself, I am hoping Google comes out with a Nexus LTE phone so I can avoid giving up my unlimited plan.
