We heard back at Google I/O that the Motorola Xoom would be among the first devices to receive an update to Jelly Bean. With the Galaxy Nexus update already rolling out, focus seems to have shifted to the Motorola Xoom, an AOSP device released back in early 2011.
Hi. Thanks for joining the Motorola Feedback Network. We would like to invite to you take part in a software test for owners of the U.S. Wi-Fi Xoom. If you are not using a U.S. Wi-Fi Xoom, please excuse and ignore this message.

Please be patient if we don’t contact you right away — and be prepared for a launch at any time. When we’re ready to begin we will send an email with more information, if you register successfully.
Regards, Matt Motorola Feedback Network Motorola Owners’ Forum
Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi owners who have opted into the company’s Feedback Network have begun receiving emails alerting users of a new software version, set to rollout soon. Initially, the update will only be available for those who have joined the early access program, though Motorola notes that the build can “launch at any time”. Keep in mind that there’s no way to know for sure if this update is Jelly Bean or not, but all signs point to it. So, keep your fingers crossed let us know how it goes in the comments.
