ZTE’s Grand X is already arriving in the hands of consumers in both Europe and Asia, but the company isn’t quite ready to take a break. A new leak suggests that the ZTE Flash could be headed to Sprint in October.
The 4.5-inch powerhouse sports a 720p (1280 x 720) IPS display covered with Gorilla Glass, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and 1GB of RAM. You’ll also get a 12.6-megapixel rear camera, 1MP front facing camera, Android 4.0, 8GB of on board storage (expandable via microSD slot), a 1780mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.0 and LTE.
Depending on the price, the Flash could potentially be a decent option for Sprint customers. Interestingly, the source notes that the handset could inevitably launch with Jelly Bean considering ZTE has already pushed the stock firmware to its N880E handset. Either way it looks like we’ll have to hold out a bit longer to get the official word from Sprint.
