When LG launched their Google TV line in May, many people were anxious to experience the new product. With the price tag nearing $2,000 for some models, however, many consumers were not able to afford the steep price.
Now, LG has lowered the cost and are currently selling models for up to 40% off their original amount. Head over to Amazon.com where you can purchase the 47 inch for $1,000 (originally $1,700) or the 55 inch for $1,500 (originally $2,300). Both TVs are 1080p 120Hz LED-LCD HDTV with Google TV.
While this is a great deal, keep in mind that these TVs are ” ‘lower-end’ of the Cinema 3D line featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and bezel (the higher-end models have virtually no bezel), but all the other included bonuses should more than make up for these shortcomings. Both tv’s comes with a keyboard remote control for easy surfing of the Google Play Store and promised Onlive compatibility in the future”.
