In light of Samsung’s guilty verdict, we’ve decided to share the entire list of devices that the jury found to be infringing upon Apple’s patents. In addition, we’ve included the actual amount the manufacturer owes in damages for each device.
The amount of those damages must be adequate to compensate the patent holder for the infringement. Now that we have the official list, do you feel like all of the devices listed above look or behave like other products on the market? Personally, I can spot a few handsets, including the Continuum and Epic 4G, that I feel shouldn’t be on that list or should have less severe penalties considering their unique form factors..
