Jury Of Apple VS Samsung Trial Asks For Time Extension
It looks like even the jury is having a hard time deciding who would win the trial. They asked to extend their time past the 4:30 PM mark before the weekend for extra time to review the papers. Granted, they do have to review a 40 page worksheet, then work out the details. So asking for more time is understandable. This trial might drag on for quite a while.
The Korean court was able to come to conclusions pretty quickly. I don't see why they need to take so long here. They both obviously owe each other money. Personally I think Apple is just as bad as they claim Samsung is. They didn't want to pay Motorola for any of their patents, yet want to sue anyone who has similar ideas. All in all, do we really need to make Apple any richer? They already are one BIG greedy company who wants to control everything it seems.

Like
