Back in May, I reported of a newly leaked LG phone, known as the LS970 ‘Eclipse’. At the time, it was said to have a quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor, and run on Sprint’s 4G LTE network. It looks like the phone is finally making its way to the carrier, as a new FCC filing shows the LS970 being certified for 4G LTE on the Now Network. NFC is also onboard, so it looks like this will be another Google Wallet-equipped Sprint handset.
As a quick refresher, the Eclipse is said to feature the aforementioned quad-core Qualcomm processor, the Adreno 320, 2GB of RAM and a 4.67-inch HD display. A well rounded phone from LG for sure, but it may be awhile before we see this device. Anyone excited for the Eclipse?
