New Amazon Kindle Leaked, It’s Real Folks

Since Amazon’s Kindle Fire completely sold out earlier today, we wondered what would happen next. Well here’s the answer. The Kindle Fire 2 has been leaked. Information states that there will actually be two new models, one 7″ and one 10″. From the photo, the the Fire seems to be just as plain as the old one, with nothing eye catching about it. And looking at the UI, I can’t say it’s too clean and simple. I’m not sure how it’ll stand up to the Nexus 7 hardware wise, but with the fantastic Amazon ecosystem, it might not matter. What do you guys think of it? Tell us in the comments!

I had heard that Amazon made a major purchase of color e-ink displays this year. I wonder if that will be in this new device.

you missed the front facing camera, probably added a rear facing camera as well.

If the Google Play market is not wide-open, then it is not going to be as successful as the first one.  The Nexus7 blows Kindle Fire away with everything.  If you want to read your Kindle books, download the Kindle app on the Nexus7.
