Samsung Reporting That Ten Million Galaxy Notes Have Been Sold Worldwide

Today’s announcement from Samsung brought us the brand new Galaxy Note 10.1 but another fun fact was contained in the announcement which was that Samsung has sold ten million Galaxy Note devices worldwide. Samsung had previously hoped to sell ten million  Galaxy Notes and it looks like they certainly succeeded after launching on two carriers in the US and being one of the sponsored phones of the Olympics. When the Galaxy Note came out, it was met with hesitation if it would do well but that big ol’ phablet proved that it can easily hold its own in the crowded mobile market. Now we’ll have to wait and see what Samsung has up their sleeve for IFA but if it’s a Galaxy Note II then you can bet that it’ll probably do just as well as its predecessor.
