Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Student Edition Arriving In Mid-August

As we approach the end of summer and the start of the school season, Samsung is preparing to release a new edition of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, originally released earlier this spring. Excepted to release on August 19th, Samsung will release the Student Edition Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 at Best Buy stores nationwide.

This edition will come bundled with a keyboard dock and USB peripheral connector while still maintaining the $249 selling price of the 8GB WIFI-Only model.The Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 features a 7-inch display, 1GHz Dual Core Processor, and WiFi Connectivity. Despite this new bundle, does the Student Edition Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 warrant a purchase when a Nexus 7 offers even more memory for around the same price along with the newest Jelly Bean Android OS?

Amazing! Students nowadays are so much aided with such technologies evolving. Galaxy Tab "Student Ver" is I think a good reference for a student in relation to His/Her classes which also helps them gather resources all over the internet.

virtual office Great points. From what I read, it is also a financial "god-send" for students in today's environment. Buying digital courseware has some benefits. And then, being able to download teacher's notes is also beneficial. I'm hearing more & more that teachers are even putting up class notes on blogs and websites in order to help the students.

Speaking of "student edition," it is really great to see more & more schools adopting the idea of e-books. Even when I was in school, my backpack was so heavy that by the end of day I was dragging it. My shoulders just screamed at the memory of it!
