SwiftKey has been updated to 3.0.1, and this update brings a few significant changes. The first is themes. There are two new themes included, sky blue and fuchsia. Neither is particularly attractive to me, but I’m a fan of dark and sleek (like the stock cobalt theme). It also adds two languages, Malay and Urdu, making the total number of supported languages 44.
A big change is that it now supports continuous dictation on Jelly Bean and Ice Cream Sandwich, just like the stock keyboard. This is a great feature for dictation fans.
What you won’t directly see see are all the bug fixes and performance improvements, but of course they always make a difference. All SwiftKey users, go update now! And if you haven’t tried SwiftKey, I highly suggest you do.
