This just in...

Apple Inc. is suing the state of Washington for being the largest producer of a fruit that resembles their logo, and profiting from the likeness of Apple products.  Buy your juice and sauce before they stop its production.

It is becoming more and more difficult to respect anyone that buys Apple products and thinks this is a good company to support.  Largest company in the world and does nothing to give back to charities or scholarships.

@Fyassko now that you mention it, there is a striking resemblance. Except that I thought they were all quacks. Maybe apple lawyers are a special hybrid of duck & seagull

It's obvious that the online deli is capitalizing on the success of the iPhone to sell deli meats. We all know apple is synonymous with pastrami on rye. Also the big Apple aka new york needs to be sued as people might confuse the city as the creator of the iPhone and definitely sue apple jacks too for slavishly copying the iPhone creators name to sell cereal. What has this world come to?

AntonioZeledon  Dang! I wish I had thought of that! LOL. I didn't know it was pastrami, though. I thought it was buffalo or maybe just plain bull on rye. ;-)

AntonioZeledon They actually have already sued New York over it. Not even joking. They also sued a grocery store in Australia called Woolworths because they use an apple as their logo. It looks NOTHING like Apple's logo, but because it's an apple, Apple sued them.

JoshLazenby  Hey Josh, do you have any links for those? (New York & Woolworths)? Just curious.

Apple likes to sue so much. Maybe they should just become a law firm because they seem to be more involved in the courts than being innovative and actually creating something worth putting a patent on. Enough is enough Apple. I really think the courts need to tell them to shove it and ban them from suing altogether because now it's just getting out of hand.
