Perhaps the only thing missing from the Nexus 7 is 3G connectivity, and if Paul O’Brien from Modaco, has it right — all that will change in “around six weeks.” According to his “very well-placed insider,” ASUS is preparing the device with the only change being 3G connectivity, no other hardware changes are expected.

“Asus is currently ramping production in preparation for launch in around 6 weeks, with the exact launch date and territories still to be confirmed.’
