I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not sure I saw a Verizon launch coming, though I suppose in hindsight, I should have seen the writing on the wall for Samsung to launch the Galaxy Note II on all four national carriers. Once again we’re looking at Brief Mobile who scored a leaked screen shot that hints at Samsung model number SCH-I605, which lends credence to this being a Verizon handset.
In fact, the Brief Mobile source says the Verizon Galaxy Note II will be rocking the quad-core Exynos processor and 4G LTE service. As per other reports, the Verizon model will look identical to the international model, save for the usual Verizon branding on the device, including branding on the home button.
With this report, we’re now in possession of evidence that lends hope to the idea that the Galaxy Note II will arrive on T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint in the future. Hopefully, a Samsung announcement isn’t to far off, especially with the evidence mounting up. It’s likely that we’ll see a similar situation to the Galaxy S III launch with staggered release dates for all four carriers, perhaps over days or weeks.
Assuming you are on one of the four national carriers, are you planning on picking this up, if the price is right?
